What do you fancy?! Launch a side hustle, get fit, find some daily calm, get outdoors, learn something new...
I've used this to improve digestion, work on my fitness, expand knowledge, find time for my friends. Inevitably, 10 minutes often becomes longer but if you can find the first 10 then you're on the right road and you're probably not on social media!!
