About Emma

A bit about me...

I spent 15 years working in the corporate world before experiencing burnout.

After recovering from serious illness, I quit my job and set up a hospitality business; first making specialty coffee at large events and later running a busy coastal cafe (and having a baby aged 40) as well.

More recently, I have been working with SMEs on company finances, which has led me to launch EM.  I love creating a space for conversation, to explore how people really are; whether over coffee, in reviewing company finances or talking about career and life challenges.

Along my squiggly journey I have often redefined what success means for me and the values I want to live by.  Equally, I have found that developing a toolkit to build wellbeing and routine into my life has helped to bring strength and ease to each day, albeit that it’s not perfect all of the time!

In my coaching and wellbeing work, I aim to help women define their version of success and make conscious life and career choices, supported by a foundation of improved self awareness and self care.
