1 - LEARNING STYLES
We can learn a lot about ourselves through understanding how we best absorb information. This is explored during your pre-coaching diagnostic and used to support your coaching journey.
2 - CHARACTER STRENGTHS
A strength is something that makes us stronger, not leaves us feeling depleted.
Learning to understand and work with our strengths can bring a sense of energy, joy and ease to each day. You'll never 'work' another day in your life!
3 - VISUALISATION
If you can see it you can believe it. Whether positive or negative, our thoughts often become reality. By visualising positive outcomes focused around our goals, we can start to bring about positive change.
4 - WHEELS OF LIFE, WORK & WELLBEING
I use a number of frameworks to encourage reflection and provide clarity. This includes wheels that allow you to look at different areas of your work, life and wellbeing and identify areas of challenge and focus as well as things that bring you joy.
5 - CREATIVITY
Drawing or painting our dreams can be powerful and unlocks the creative inside us. It is also a joyful and playful experience for many.
6 - INVESTMENT IN WELLBEING
Without our mental and physical health we often don't have the resources to work towards our goals. We can provide resources and support you to develop routines to build a healthy body and mind in a way that suits you.
5 - GOALSETTING & ACCOUTABILITY
Coaching involves setting objectives and taking responsibility for the actions needed to achieve them. This provides a framework for reviewing where you are at, what you would like to achieve and the steps needed to get you there.
