The practice of Yoga allows us to clarify and transform the mind through working with the body and breath. 

Emma is a classically trained Hatha Yoga teacher. 

'I love the way that the practice of yoga can bring a greater sense of stability as well as ease in our body and mind, which translates to life on and off the mat.'

Emma's class offers an hour of simple postures and breath work to build self awareness and space in body and mind.

Afterwards, join us for coffee or herbal teas, a time to stop + connect with your fellow yogis. 

Leave with a renewed sense of clarity + ease.  

All welcome, no previous experience necessary.  Bring a beginners mind ;0)
